Description

Shift: Night Shift
Pay: $36.00/hour
Shift Differential: $1.15/hour

What You'll Do
  • Troubleshoot and maintain electrical and controls systems for production and high‑speed packaging equipment

  • Support extruders, dryers, conveying systems, cartoners, baggers, palletizers, utilities, HVAC, chillers, and compressed air systems

  • Partner with Operations and Maintenance to resolve recurring issues and complete preventative maintenance

  • Maintain PLC backups, schematics, and electrical documentation

  • Modify and improve electrical and control systems in compliance with NEC standards

  • Assist with capital projects and equipment installations

What We're Looking For
  • Ability to work 3rd shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English at a level necessary to perform the essential functions of the job

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; ability to read wiring diagrams

  • 2‑year Electrical Technician degree or equivalent experience (apprenticeship, military training, or 3+ years hands‑on electrical/controls experience)

  • Willingness to obtain CPR certification

Preferred Experience
  • Food manufacturing electrical and controls experience

  • Allen‑Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs

  • OSHA 10

  • Experience operating forklifts or lifts

Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs

  • Stand 8+ hours per shift

  • Climb ladders and work at heights up to 35 ft

  • Work in hot, cold, humid, and dusty environments
