Total Rewards Administrator
Full Location: Remote - PH
Our Total Rewards Administrator provides administrative support for the compensation and/ or benefits programs on a day-to-day basis. This includes, but is not limited to, being responsible for administrative functions, system functions and process improvement recommendations in Total Rewards. The position serves as the main support for data entry, customer inquiries, administrative processing of requests for the Total Rewards team, and assists with reporting, auditing of data and survey participation. The Total Rewards Administrator position is the front-line contact for the Total Rewards team.

In this role you will:
- Be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support for the Total Rewards team, including collaboration with other departments in sending reminders/updates to employees/ leadership as necessary, and ensures all administrative work concerning Total Rewards is performed and reports on administration procedures to senior leadership.
- Respond to business inquiries as required by the team through the management of the Total Rewards email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses to the business by:
- responding to general inquiries,
- routing business inquiries to the appropriate Total Rewards team members,
- working with applicable Total Rewards team member on response to the business, and
- tracking/ filing inquiries appropriately based on pending/ completion status.
- Manage the DocuSign processing of Total Rewards documents is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Report status and follow-up on outstanding items as necessary, in coordination with the senior Total Rewards team member(s).
- Participate in the completion of surveys through compiling data and completing initial survey response.
- Assist as needed with the reporting needs for the team by supporting with requested ad-hoc or standard analysis/ reporting.
- Research employee Total Rewards situations via computer files or systems for data or information requested.
- Use computer to maintain files by creating, consolidating, or purging files.
- Make corrections to data, paperwork or correspondence.
To join our team, you need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of three of experience in Compensation and Benefits, Human Resources, Administrative, Customer Service or closely related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Sense of urgency and ability to act and react quickly through regular prioritization.
- Must be able to work with confidential information.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience administering compensation or benefits programs.
- Self-starter, with knowledge of payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management and recognition system functionality in HRIS systems, highly prefer Ceridian.
