Part Time Call Center Representative - Mexico Remote

Full Location: Remote - MX

Join our team in our Hermosillo, Mexico location!

Give me the basics!

  • Availability: Part-Time work 35 hours & Sundays OFF!
  • Pay Expectation: Base: $10.208 + Bonus potential: $2,406 + Work at Home Bonus $575 - Up to $13,189 Monthly!!
  • *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
  • Education: Minimum Middle School certificate
  • Language: Fluent in English, Spanish
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 30 words per minute
  • Technical Proficiency: This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency and call center experience

What should I know for the Interview?

We're building a team of experts who can help our customers concerns with confidence. Our Agents help customers manage their needs with confidence and care. Supporting a wide range of inquiries, we focus on a goal of a one-call solution, resolving each issue in real time using strong communication skills, problem solving ability, and system navigation skills.

If you enjoy helping customers through a variety of situations, and can quickly reset with a fresh, upbeat attitude between calls, this role gives you the opportunity to make an impact with every call.

Nothing compares to my home office – Can I work from home?

To work virtually in your home, you will need:

  • A PC or laptop running Windows 11 operating system (NO Mac, Chromebook, Tablet or Smartphone)
  • High Speed Internet – minimum download speed of 30 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to the internet service provider modem with an Ethernet cable, (WIFI is not acceptable)
  • 2 dedicated computer monitors minimum 13 inches or larger
  • A VoIP USB Headset with microphone and a Web Cam for Training
  • Dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
  • Additional equipment specifications will be tested during the interview process
