Associate Trainer - Seasonal

Full Location: Tegucigalpa - Honduras

The #Ja-job_title is a high-performing ResultsCX Associate who is being cultivated to become a ResultsCX Trainer as part of their succession plan. You will complete necessary program requirements in preparation for co-facilitating or facilitating of New Hire Orientation as well as foundations, and product training classes (as approved by Training Leadership).

In this role you will:

  • Develop necessary core training skills by completing the ResultsCX Associate-AT Go Green and Go Blue client certification program
  • Learn to facilitate classroom and refresher training for product knowledge, call handling, and program processes
  • Extract or generate training reports such as class attendance and performance records, as well as preparing other training requirements as determined by the program or account operations
  • Evaluate progress of ResultsCX Associates for the entire duration of the training
  • Complete a minimum of 4 (four) hours of phone time each month in order to remain proficient in call handling
  • Uphold compliance to all internal and client policies inside and outside the training room


 To join our team, you need:

  • Minimum tenure of 6 (six) months and consistent attendance and punctuality 
  • No corrective actions in past 180 days and current or ongoing performance management plans (PIPs, IDPs)
  • Excellent non-verbal and verbal communication skills - both oral and written  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform effectively as member of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and can work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using MS Office products- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
