The Implementation Team is critical to delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our clients, setting the foundation for lasting partnerships with Qualtrics. This position contributes to the initial onboarding experience, builds lasting client relationships, and shapes the partnership's direction. This role has a profound impact on customer success, operational improvements, and product enhancements, ultimately driving Qualtrics' reputation as a trusted advisor and solution provider. How You'll Find Success

  • Expertly manage complex implementations from kickoff to completion, balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading virtual project teams to deliver complex, large-scale customer feedback programs within global organisations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding client needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Solve technical challenges independently and as part of a team.
  • Influence internal teams by advocating client feedback that shapes product improvements.
  • Deliver engaging training and workshops to empower clients.
  • Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

How You'll Grow

  • Develop advanced project leadership skills managing large-scale, global technology implementations.
  • Deepen expertise in the Qualtrics XM Platform and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Refine customer consulting and advisory capabilities at senior stakeholder levels.

Things You'll Do

  • Successfully onboard clients to the Qualtrics XM Platform, driving outcomes that support high renewal and expansion rates.
  • Lead and coordinate project teams—including project managers, technical consultants, and engineers—to ensure projects meet scope, timeline, and quality goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate risks by proactively monitoring project progress and communicating updates.
  • Collaborate with product teams to relay customer insights and influence the Qualtrics product roadmap.
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops that help clients implement successful XM programs.

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • 8+ years of experience delivering complex software implementations in large or global organisations.
  • Proven track record of leading virtual project teams in technology program delivery.
  • Strong program and project management skills, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience working closely with senior stakeholders to align project goals and drive collaborative decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical solutions and business value effectively.
  • Consulting experience combined with hands-on technical skills (software or platform development) preferred.
