Partner Marketing Specialist, AMR
Why We Have This Role We are seeking an exceptional Partner Marketing Specialist to drive commercial impact by creating and executing targeted partner marketing initiatives across North America. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies to build and accelerate pipeline for our partner ecosystem in the region. - Strong knowledge of channel marketing programs, with a focus on increasing channel sell-through in North American markets
- Proven ability to develop localized marketing programs that drive partner engagement and customer adoption

- Develop and implement marketing programs specifically tailored to North American partners - including system integrators, hyperscalers, resellers, and technology partner
- Create region-specific demand creation programs designed to drive new pipeline and accelerate opportunities in the region
- Collaborate with North America field marketing, global product marketing, and ecosystem teams to develop localized go-to-market strategies
- Develop partner-ready marketing collateral that resonates with the North American market, including:
- Customized sales and marketing materials
- Localized case studies and success stories
- Region-specific digital and content marketing assets
- Manage market development funds (MDF) for North American partners, including proposal management and performance tracking
- Work closely with local marketing teams to leverage and adapt global marketing programs for the North American context
- Support partner readiness and certification programs tailored to the region's unique business landscape
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the North American technology sector
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or partner ecosystem development
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field; MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing partner marketing programs in North America
- Experience with enterprise software and B2B marketing in technology industries
- Proven track record of creating marketing strategies that drive partner performance and revenue growth
- Ability to travel in the region

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
