Global Program Manager - GTM Program Management Team

Why We Have This Role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will tackle the company's most strategic and complex challenges, leveraging advanced program management methodologies to drive transformational change. In this role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional initiatives that directly enhance customer experiences and operational excellence. Working in close partnership with Q Leadership and key stakeholders across Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, IT, and Finance, you'll identify root causes, implement scalable solutions, and establish operational frameworks that elevate our organization's performance. Your ability to navigate complexity, influence across teams, and deliver high-impact results will be essential in shaping Q's future success.

How You'll Find Success

  • Can drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from inception to execution, developing comprehensive strategies that align stakeholders and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Able to act as a thought partner to very Sr Stakeholders to create scalable solutions to multifaceted complex problems of a crossfunctional nature 
  • Build and maintain influential relationships across all levels of the organization, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while effectively managing complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that enhance efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive sustainable improvements across the business
  • Lead through ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges into structured work streams while maintaining clear visibility into dependencies, risks, and milestones
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, measure program effectiveness, and guide strategic decision-making
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence by establishing best practices, developing repeatable processes, and facilitating knowledge transfer across teams
  • Balance multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and emerging opportunities

How You'll Grow

  • Building an extensive internal network through high-visibility projects, positioning you to understand how different parts of the business interconnect and influence company-wide decision making
  • Developing advanced stakeholder management capabilities by collaborating with diverse leaders, each bringing unique management styles, business priorities, and problem-solving approaches
  • Expanding your strategic toolkit as you tackle increasingly complex business challenges, learning to navigate enterprise-level transformations while measuring and communicating impact

Things You'll Do 

  • Own and drive large-scale, multi-year transformation programs that span multiple business units, ensuring alignment with company strategy and delivering measurable business value
  • Develop comprehensive program frameworks including governance structures, communication plans, risk management approaches, and success metrics that enable effective execution
  • Create and maintain executive-level reporting to communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership, including regular updates to Q Leadership
  • Establish and chair steering committees and working groups, facilitating problem solving and decision-making processes across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Design and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization
  • Lead detailed analysis of operational metrics and business processes to identify improvement opportunities and validate program outcomes
  • Coach and mentor project managers within your programs, sharing best practices and helping to elevate project management capabilities across the organization
  • Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies, risks, and roadblocks, maintaining program momentum while managing competing priorities

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years managing complex, cross-functional programs. Preferably in a fast growth tech company or Management consulting 
  • 3+ of experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses. Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact 
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and executives 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and executive communications and presentation skills
  • Track record of leading through influence in matrix organizations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex and fast paced situations 
  • High attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills and the ability to focus teams on solutioning during high tension situations 
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
  • PMP or similar program management certification preferred
  • Experience in technology, consulting, or similar fast-paced environments 
  • Change management experience or certification (e.g., Prosci) 
  • Process optimization experience or training (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
