Medical Assistant OR Clinic LPN OR EMT - ENT Audiology Sleep Allergy 

 

Starting pay $21.86 hourly for licensed staff, increases with experience

 

Ideal candidate has availability M - F 7:00am and 6:00pm, will consider applicants with less availability as well. Candidate will need ot be comfortable changing locations, we have clinics at Hartland, Pewaukee, Brookfield, Waukesha, Delafield and Mukwonago.  This position will float between all locations depending on dept needs.

 

Please note this position is not seasonal.

Additional Requirements

 

Certification or Licenses

  • Individual holds current licensure or certification (i.e. Certified Medical Assistant, EMT License, LPN License, etc) 
  • Individuals who do not hold current licensure or certification may be placed in this job description after 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience, this is done at the discretion of PHMG Leadership 

 

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN or other equivalent clinical training program

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience
What You Will Do:

Provides direct care to patients under the supervision and delegation of the Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Physician within ProHealth Medical Group.  Provides care in partnership with the patient and their family, with the goal of supporting an optimal healing community.

  • Support ProHealth Care's Mission, Vision, and Values while adhering to the ProHealth Experience customer service goals.
  • Efficiently prepare exam rooms by setting up proper equipment and supplies, following standard rooming workflows to prepare patients for provider exams, obtaining vital signs, health history verification, and ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR 
  • Clean exam rooms after each patient visit and maintain sufficient stock of supplies.
  • Answer patient calls, obtain medical information, report test results, administer medications and vaccinations, prepare sterile fields, and assist with procedures as directed by providers.
  • Perform therapeutic treatments, health screenings, specimen collection, Point of Care testing, and assist with splints or wound care under supervision.
  • Respond to urgent situations, call for clinical assistance as needed, and assist in maintaining clinic medications, vaccinations, supplies, and equipment.
  • Float to other departments or clinic locations as assigned by PHMG Leadership.
