This role ensures accurate and timely administration of employee benefit plans, compensation processes, and HR compliance requirements. The specialist serves as a key resource for employees and management regarding benefits, compensation policies, and related programs while supporting strategic HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
