RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as primary point of contact for new Paycom clients
- Complete client setup tasks, including banking, employee data imports, general ledger mapping, accruals, earnings/deductions, labor allocations and timekeeping setup
- Lead and participate in implementation milestone calls
- Manage and respond to client and internal partner emails regarding payroll implementations
- Support clients by phone with setup questions on payroll processing, timekeeping, accruals, earnings/deductions, pay inquiries, funding, general ledger and software requests
- Convert client data through internal systems to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Attend team meetings and role-specific training
- Submit sensitive data securely in compliance with Paycom standards
- Coordinate payroll timelines with clients to ensure on-time submissions
- Guide clients on data validation and first-payroll preparation for accurate results
- Document all client processes and notes in CRM promptly
- Monitor communication channels and respond in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications
MINIMUM BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree
OR
- For internal candidates only: successful completion of Product Configuration Program training and Program of Instruction on all Paycom products or completion of the Paycom Product Upskill Path offered through LMS.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in business-related field

- Strong organizational skills while managing multiple tasks or projects
- Software troubleshooting experience
- Ability to consistently and effectively execute client meetings with business acumen
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team
- Intermediate knowledge of the industry, software and processes

- Intermediate project management and planning skills
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and calm demeanor
- Ability to prioritize objectives
- Intermediate problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to write clearly and informatively
- Bilingual preferred (ability to read, write and translate in both English and Spanish)
