Description

The Manager of Client Relations is responsible for directing the work of a team of Client Relations Representatives (CRRs). They are responsible for account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention, and developing strategies for revenue growth within their assigned territory. The Manager of Client Relations will hire, coach, and develop their direct reports to ensure revenue targets are met successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/annual sales quotas
  • Develop strategy to achieve team & region goals
  • Attend daily sales calls and meetings in the field and provide feedback to CRRs
  • Responsible for portfolio management & client retention within assigned territory
  • Responsible for maintaining a direct relationship with key client accounts in the territory
  • Assist in the development, and lead in the CRR Department's top initiatives
  • Manage and develop CRRs to achieve sales performance goals
  • Provide support and training to their teams, including weekly trainings and 1-on-1 sessions.
  • Effectively manage department reports
  • Partner and collaborate with Outside Sales teams to provide support in terms of training, referrals, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • 2+ years of Paycom Sales experience
  • Top sales performance in Client Relations Department

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

  • Account management experience
  • Human Resources or payroll industry knowledge
  • Experience interacting with C-Level Execs
  • Customer service experience

Skills/Abilities:

  • Leadership skills & accountability for self & team
  • Ability to work and coordinate with multiple departments-operations, sales, etc.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Must be well organized and ability to manage a large territory with multiple accounts efficiently
  • Good probing and listening skills.
