
Description
The Enterprise Implementation Lead is responsible for leading enterprise-level implementation initiatives to ensure successful and timely completion. The role involves standardizing and streamlining processes, conducting ongoing audits to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risks, and ensuring the effectiveness of implementation processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the implementation program leader, guiding teams through complex implementation projects.

Audit implementation processes to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Analyze trends and provide insights to leadership on client onboarding, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Manage 1099 implementation processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Validate new client setups to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.

Manage implementation reporting to provide clear insights into project progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client service and operational processes.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
Qualifications
Education/Certification:

Bachelor's degree
Experience:
-
8+ years of experience in software implementation and/or related roles
