Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The Associate Relations Coordinator position is responsible for assisting and supporting the HR Manager with associate relations investigations. This position reviews the daily Operations associate survey related to work environment and identifies associate relations issues in the survey. The Associate Relations Coordinator documents associate relations concerns during calls with Operations associates and logs the issues into the EthicsPoint database. This position researches and gathers supporting documentation, including time cards, video footage, and relevant business materials.

Descriptions • Assists and supports the HR Management with associate relations investigations. Develop appropriate and effective interviewing questions under HR Management's guidance. Work effectively with the HR Manager and follow up on any issues in a timely manner. • Reviews the daily Operations associate survey with a focus on the work environment question and identifies issues raised in the survey using probing questions and risk assessment skills. Effectively manages the call log and follows up in a timely manner. • Documents associate relations concerns during calls with Operations associates, completes the intake using probing questions and accurately logs the issues into the EthicsPoint database. • Researches and gathers supporting documentation for associate relations issues, including time cards, video footage, and relevant business materials as required. • Participates in special projects or other assignments as required. Supports FHR in returning calls and other FHR Support-related tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required • Minimum one to two years of experience in HR related to associate relations issues, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment • Must be available for alternative work week schedules, including weekends and non-business hours • Successful completion of annual store training.
