Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:
The PR & Communications Representative provides project management and administrative support to Brand PR & Corporate Communications function in the Panda In-House Agency (PIHA) which is comprised of Creative Services, PR & Communications and Digital Business functions within Marketing. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day internal communications (40%) and external communications (60%) initiatives and serves as the liaison between cross-functional partners (Brand, PD, legal, HR, etc.) and the PR & Communications team.

Descriptions:
• Provides project management and administrative support to the PR & Communications Team within Marketing, including budget, schedule coordination, meeting agendas, process trackers
• Implements PR Influencer earned and paid programs to support LTO launches, heartbeat campaign and core dishes from beginning to end
• Serves as a liaison between cross-functional partners and tracks projects timelines/deadlines to ensure PR projects and promotional projects are executed on budget and on time.
• Tracks PR budget for monthly reporting and quarterly process and invoicing process with PIHA Coordinator
• Assists with implementation of PR programs from start to finish, including but not limited to editing and writing press materials/company materials, coordinating mailers and food drops, and providing outreach to influencer/media
• Supports Associate Communications and HR Communications Program coordination and execution
• Performs special projects as requested

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field required
• Minimum three years of PR and/or Corporate communications, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment
• Successful completion of annual store training
