Overview Job Skills / Requirements

This position is responsible for leading our program delivery to Paladin's retail and office tower clients across the Greater Toronto Area. The Director will oversee a team, both within the office and in the field, whom they will empower to manage multiple portfolios of clients and hundreds of security officers working within their market.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminology, Law & Security Administration, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial/national standards on fire safety, building codes, security , and protection of privacy.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in security, retail or commercial towers.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Willingness to obtain their CPP
• Willingness to become an active member of ASIS
• Willingness to participate in ASIS and BOMA meetings
