Summary:
The CEO – Retail Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for transforming and elevating the Oneida Nation's retail operations across multiple locations, including convenience stores and smoke shops. This position is tasked with driving significant cultural and operational improvements, focusing on enhanced customer service, operational efficiency, and profitability. This position is responsible for all revenue generating processes within the Oneida Nation Retail. Responsible for the performance, strategy, and alignment of Retail revenue operations. This position will be accountable for the performance of all Retail functions to include Sales, Marketing and Customer Success. This is a contracted position.

* Directing and managing resources for economic development and business diversification.

* Develop and manage annual budgets; Create financial forecasting models; Analyze financial performance metrics; Implement cost control measures; Drive revenue growth and profitability.

* Participate in strategic planning and Nation Building meetings.
* Keep leadership and other departments informed of status of department activities by attending meetings and submitting reports.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by conducting research, attending seminars, educational workshops, classes, and conferences; reviewing professional publications; establishing networks; participating in professional societies; conferring with representatives of contracting agencies and related organizations.
