Description
At NorthBay Health the Clinical Manager, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation is a Registered Nurse who has 24-hour responsibility and accountability for the clinical and operational management of the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The Clinical Manager's role is to promote the provision of effective, high quality patient care to all patients. The following responsibilities are included: oversight of clinical nursing practice and patient care delivery, management of human, fiscal and other resources, development of personnel, compliance with regulatory and professional standards, and fostering of interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships within the assigned units and between other departments within the organization. The Clinical Manager is responsible for visioning from the perspective of growth and innovative strategies to benefit the cardiovascular and pulmonary patient population and NorthBay Health to include overall support of the Heart and Vascular service line.

Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
- A Master's Degree is preferred, with at least one of the degrees being in Nursing.
Licensure:
- Current California RN License.
- Current AHA or equivalent BLS required and ACLS required.
- AACVPR Certification preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in a cardiac setting required.
- Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation preferred.
- Supervisory experience / training or leadership support experience required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Possesses teaching ability, leadership ability, and high professional standards.
- Must be well organized, be able to set priorities, work independently and is an effective team member.
- Word Processing and Excel skills required.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with administration, medical staff, and hospital personnel as well as external customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Budgeted salary range is $165K - $215K (Offered annual salary based on years of experience)
- Incentive bonus eligible, up to 15% of the annualized salary
