The General Claims department is searching for a Small Claims Glass Unit Representative (I/II). The Small Claims Glass Unit Rep will appropriately handle, settle, and close glass claims by resolving promptly. This includes verifying coverage, opening claims, and contacting policyholders and the vendor.
Hours:
Monday-Friday, specific hours are subject to selected start time between 8am-9am pending supervisory approval
This opportunity is based out of the NJM- West Trenton office only.
Salary: The level and salary is commensurate with direct experience and credentials.
Level I - $49,871.25 - $65,890.50 annually based on experience
Level II - $57,286.45 - $87,128.60 annually based on experience

Investigate, review, analyze and evaluate assigned claims expeditiously in preparation for prompt resolution.
Review new glass claims that are processed through a vendor, initiated online, or transferred.
Audit dealer invoices and respond to telephone requests for glass pricing.
Conduct ongoing reviews on all assigned files, focusing on required documents for resolution.
Required Qualifications: Knowledge, skills & abilities, experience, minimum & desired education, certification and/or license requirements.
High school diploma or GED
Level II Rep requires you to obtain a CT license
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior listening skills
Strong multi-tasking, problem solving and organizational skills
Technical aptitude, including working knowledge with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment
Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills are a plus
Prior Customer Service experience preferred.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.
