Pay Range: $51,426 – 63,768 annually 

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM's Sales Specialist you will manage the virtual and pre-set in-store sales appointments for your assigned region. You will pre-qualify customers on what products and services they need; then coordinate with sales staff and/or other departments to meet customer needs. You'll offer products or services that would optimize the customer's experience.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

• Unravel: Coordinate with multiple departments for customers who wish purchases multiple products
• Support: Analyze missed sales opportunities and provide feedback to appropriate department
• Connect: Provide concierge service and overview on products for walk-in and virtual appointment customers
• Be the Expert: Manage the concierge program for assigned region

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

• High school diploma/G.E.D. preferred
• 2-4 years sales or customer service experience
• 2 years administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to create and maintain calendars
• Highly organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
