Pay Range: $80,377.05 - $99,667.54 annually
Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM's Product Enablement Strategist, you will lead the evaluation of NFM product data and attribution to determine data strategies and business opportunities. This role will define and execute the strategic direction of NFM's product information management capabilities to ensure that products are effectively introduced to the market.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
- Monitor Act as the product owner of internal meta data tool used to analyze product attribution and digital asset collection to define and track metrics related to product information
- Manage Lead cross functional collaboration by working with merchandising, site merchandising, data stewards, PIM, and other teams to establish product data strategies and procedures to increase NFM's presence in the market
- Plan Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines prioritized features, enhancements, and innovates for our product information management capabilities
- Assist Identify data errors for products, taxonomies, or categories and provide teams with direction to improve

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, business, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience writing SQL queries
- 2+ years developing dashboards in Power BI or Tableau
- Proven experience in data analysis, data quality management, or PIM systems
- Proven ability to think strategically, define product strategies, and translate them into actionable plans that drive business outcomes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire others to achieve product goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across the organization
- A track record of delivering successful product launches and achieving measurable results
- Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
- Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
- Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background check
