Pay Range: $25.69 - 31.85 hourly Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle As NFM's Payroll Analyst, you'll play an important role in delivering accurate, timely payroll for our team members while helping maintain the systems and records that keep payroll operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys problem-solving, ensuring compliance, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. This position works a hybrid schedule in the Omaha, NE office. Job Duties: A Day in the Life Process: Own the accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll, including earnings, deductions, and direct deposits for team members Review: Analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure employees are paid correctly every time Calculate: Apply company policies, wage and hour requirements, and applicable laws to ensure payroll is processed with precision and compliance Interpret: Manage garnishments, child support orders, and other legal deductions with care, accuracy, and close attention to detail Support: Serve as a trusted payroll resource by answering complex questions from employees and leaders with professionalism, empathy, and discretion Maintain: Help support and improve payroll, commission, and related systems that drive efficient, reliable payroll operations Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love. Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Associate degree in a business-related field preferred 2-4 years of payroll processing experience 2-4 years of PC experience, including working knowledge of Windows, Excel, and database applications Flexibility to work some nights, Saturdays, and/or early morning hours based on business needs Experience with payroll systems, timekeeping systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software Pre-employment screening includes, but is not limited to, a criminal background check
