Pay Range: $51,426-$79,740 annually   Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle   As NFM's Copywriter II, you're responsible for written content creation, revision, and guidance in all of NFM's markets as well as providing the same for Grandscape on an as-needed basis. NFM's marketing strategy utilizes a diversity of tactics to bring the dream of a better home to all audiences.   Job Duties: A Day in the Life Monitor Confirm all marketing materials containing copy are grammatically accurate, fit for purpose, and are without spelling or punctuation errors Manage Revise previously prepared materials to fit with current marketing initiatives, and provide editing for outside partners with a stake in the NFM brand Plan Research market trends and competitor messaging to help NFM stay ahead with effective, interesting, and informed marketing Assist With delicate public relations and social media responses on an as-needed basis Collaborate Coordinate with design and operations teams to deliver novel, enticing, and clear copy for emails, circulars, and in-store signage Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, related field preferred or relevant experience 2 - 4 years of experience in a writing position dealing with product description, retail, web or advertising agency work preferred Marketing and sales experience preferred Knowledge of MAC computers Knowledge of File Maker Pro or similar software Knowledge of Adobe systems Experience with AI programs preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications Ability to enter data quickly and accurately Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
