Pay Range: $15.30 - 16.99 hourly Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle   Do you like helping others? NFM is looking for a Cashier/Customer Service Assistant to create a world class experience for our customers. In this position, you will engage with customers as you process their orders, resolve concerns or direct phone calls. If you have a knack for creative problem solving and providing timely customer satisfaction, this is the job for you!   Job Duties: A Day in the Life Connect: Provide a friendly, welcoming face while relating with our customers through conversation  Assist: Resolve various situations over the phone or in-person for internal/external customers Evaluate: Determine what service is necessary and negotiate settlements Process: Prepare appropriate paperwork, issue refunds, exchanges, cancellations and service claims while following processes to ensure error-free customer orders Be Memorable: Establish a lasting, positive impression that creates customers for life Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that's what we love.   Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes? High School Diploma or GED preferred 6 months of customer service experience preferred 6 months of cash handling experience preferred If candidate does not meet preferred requirement a proofreading test should be administered Knowledge of general credit information preferred Working knowledge of computers required English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs. Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to criminal background check
