NETXRACKER: Director of IT & Cybersecurity Internal Audit:

This role will lead the IT & Cybersecurity Audit vertical on the Internal Audit team with focus on driving value and insight on the operational aspects of the IT & Cyber processes. The candidate will report to the CAE and will oversee the portfolio of audit while managing a team of IT auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT internal audit, IIA implementation & quality standards, ITGC & IT audit methodology, and experience in adoption of such methodology to Nextracker's IT landscape that supports the business. They will build and maintain strong working relationships with their partners and peers' verticals to ensure consistency in the deliverables and value of Internal Audit's charter.

What will you be responsible for?

• Support the CAE to develop and maintain the IT audit plan and audit programs. Collaborate with the CAE, peers and stakeholders to build out the IT audit pipeline based on emerging IT & Cyber risks.
• Conduct IT & Cyber risk assessments for the audits and processes that you oversee, including participation in the company's ERM process as a key contributor.
• Maintain strong and effective IT partner relationships to support the company transformation and emerging IT risks while providing insight on operational consistency and opportunities to streamline IT processes and controls.
• Contribute to audit strategy through execution of goals, audit programs and methodology enhancements with focus on development and deployment of data models and various assurance techniques.
• Contribute to the development of ITGC Professional Practices. Assist in the implementation of processes and tools supporting those practices including Quality Assurance requirements.
• Lead all aspects of your team's audit reports and ensure adherence to the function's practices consistent with the IIA standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of frameworks like COSO, CoBIT, NIST and SANs. Must be able to translate framework considerations into real-life situations faced on audits and matters on audit reports and other key deliverables.

What we would like to see?

• 10+ years of ITGC, IT & Cyber Internal Audit Experience or similar profession; including time working in the Big 4 and/or in a corporate Internal Audit function of a U.S. public company.
• Bachelor's degree in IT (or related field), business, Finance, or Science, or related fields.
• 4+ year experience leading teams towards results, including influencing business process and organizational change.
• Certifications like CISA, CISSP, CIA, CFE, or CRISC preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC, Cyber Internal Auditing methodologies and standards and adept at assessing complex IT processes to identify potential risks warranting audit attention.
• Demonstrated experience in building/managing strong relationships and fostering trust with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and to communicate project status, issues and requirements at all levels within the business.

Demonstrated excellence (effective & succinct) in verbal & written communications. Ability to build, support, articulate and present findings & solutions effectively.
