Responsibilities include collaborating with Department Directors and Supervisors on staffing, productivity, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and problem‑solving, while serving as an accessible resource to physicians, leaders, and staff. The position also supports growth through program development, marketing efforts, and improved customer service, and plays a key part in long‑term planning, resource management, and positioning service lines as regional centers of excellence. Position Details:

Education: Master's degree

Experience: 3 years' experience in leadership at the Director level or above.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Upholds and role models behaviors of professionalism. Remains knowledgeable in advances in the healthcare environment through continuing education in areas of responsibilities. Active in community/professional organizations
