The User Experience Researcher plays a crucial role in enhancing digital products by conducting user testing sessions to gather both qualitative and quantitative data on user interactions. They develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and scripts tailored to project requirements. With keen analytical skills, they meticulously analyze and document user feedback, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.

They collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure that user-centered design principles are consistently applied. Additionally, they assist in creating and maintaining detailed usability reports and documentation. Their insights during brainstorming sessions are invaluable in driving enhancements to the overall user experience. Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Five (5) years' experience demonstrating capabilities and success in the industry with tools and techniques applicable to the role. Demonstrated experience may be gained from prior roles, through completion of college degrees, or a combination of applicable professional and educational experiences.  

Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Understanding of UX design principles and methodologies
•    Experience conducting user research, including thorough experience utilizing user testing tools and techniques
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•    Attention to detail and a passion for improving user experiences

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field

Skills, Knowledge Abilities:
•    Experience with usability testing tools (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback, etc.)
•    Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
•    Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web technologies
