Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator role is responsible for providing personalized, professional care to our patients. This role will assist in the coordination of care by scheduling patients, entering patient information with precision and accuracy, and managing administrative tasks. Our Scheduling Coordinators build relationships and collaborate with patients and hospital staff to achieve the best possible patient care. Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or GED required.
Preferred Experience: 2 years healthcare or clinical experience. Medical terminology or broad experience base in medical terminology.
Other skills & knowledge: Telephone etiquette, customer service, computer skills (skills, knowledge, abilities). Knowledge of business machines required and keyboard.
