Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Unit: Cardiac/Neuro | 24 Beds | Nurse Ratio: 6:1
About the Unit:
Join our dynamic Cardiac/Neuro team, a 24‑bed unit specializing in caring for patients with stroke, seizures, altered mental status, and cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation. This unit offers a fast-paced environment with strong opportunities for growth.

Ideal for nurses interested in progressing into Emergency Care, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Critical Care.
Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure:
Current RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
Certifications:
Required: BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire.
May be required based on unit: ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, NRP, PEARS, C‑EFM, or other unit‑specific certifications.
