Mercy Clinic is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible ABFAS Podiatrist to join our established orthopedic team of 10 surgeons across two state‑of‑the‑art campuses: Mercy Hospital Joplin and Mercy Specialty Hospital Southeast Kansas in Galena—located just 15 minutes apart.

As part of Mercy Clinic, a physician‑led, professionally managed, multi-specialty group with over 3,000 providers, you will be supported by one of the nation's largest integrated health systems

Position Highlights

  • Perform a full scope of podiatric care including basic surgical procedures in the clinic, outpatient surgical center, and inpatient hospital
  • 7 days of call per month with the option to take additional compensated call
  • Access to first-class OR environments featuring:
    • Stryker OR suites
    • Medtronic Stealth Navigation System
    • Augmedics X‑Vision Augmented Reality Guidance System
    • HydroWorx therapy pools in the rehabilitation center
    • Dedicated orthopedic hospital and surgery center at the Galena campus
  • Strong support from Intensivists and Hospitalists
  • System-wide Epic EMR

Compensation & Benefits

  • $300,000 guarantee
  • $25,000 recruitment bonus
  • Up to $20,000 in relocation assistance
  • $5,000 CME allowance
