This position plays a critical role ensuring patients have timely access to necessary medications by completing and submitting prior authorization for Mercy Primary Care clinics. Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Licensure:
- CPHT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Actively registered and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician or willing to submit application for registration by first day of employment. This includes submitting fingerprints for FBI background check.

- EPIC experience
- 1 year of retail pharmacy experience
