Find your calling at Mercy! Support tax preparation and payment for all of Mercy communities/locations. Assist Payroll Tax Specialist with federal, state and local filings. Provide tax assistance/expertise to address organizational needs. Work closely with HR and management to ensure IRS, state and local government guidelines are being adhered to. Position Details:

Education: Three to five years of payroll/tax experience, with multi-states working in a high volume, fast paced payroll area.

Other:
Preferred Education: Multi-state payroll experience a plus.

Preferred Other: Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Workday a plus.

Ability to prioritize work and work independently, meticulous attention to detail and follow through, outstanding ability to meet and exceed customer requirements. Must have excellent written, oral and human relations skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.
