Overview:
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with patients, visitors, and healthcare staff.

  • Provides exceptional customer service, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism when addressing questions, concerns, or requests.

  • Performs accurate data entry, scheduling, and documentation with strong attention to detail and reliability.

  • Maintains patient confidentiality at all times and adheres strictly to privacy policies and procedures.

  • Utilizes basic computer and office software skills, including data entry and word processing.

  • Remains adaptable and composed under pressure, effectively managing unexpected situations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

  • Completes required Clinic Core Front Desk Training following hire to ensure competency in front desk operations and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience: One year of applicable medical office experience.

Physical Requirements:
  • Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. occasionally.

  • Position requires standing and walking during each shift.

  • Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.

  • Experience: One year of applicable medical office experience.
