Performs related duties as assigned. Position Details: Patient Care Associate (PCA) - 5A Mother Baby - part-time nights

As a Patient Care Associate on our Mother Baby unit, you'll work collaboratively with nurses and caregivers to support patient comfort, safety, and recovery while helping create a positive experience for growing families.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily care needs and mobility
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Support patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
