Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
Skilled in training, evaluation, and process improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams
High emotional intelligence, integrity, and creative thinking
Experience: 1 year experience in a healthcare setting and/or supervisory/management experience required.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with coursework in clerical skills.
