??? What You'll Do
  • Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment, including gamma cameras and PET scanners, while following radiation safety best practices
  • Capture and verify high‑quality diagnostic images, ensuring accuracy before physician interpretation
  • Prepare, position, and assist patients of all ages, clearly explaining procedures and providing reassurance
  • Monitor patient condition during exams and communicate any changes to the clinical team
  • Calculate and prepare radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging studies
  • Administer radiopharmaceuticals via injection, ingestion, or inhalation
  • Measure radioactivity using appropriate detection instruments and follow safe handling and disposal procedures
  • Perform routine equipment cleaning and identify potential safety or maintenance needs
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to support excellent patient outcomes
??? What You'll Need

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine or Radiologic Sciences program with required clinical hours completed

Experience

  • No experience required — new grads encouraged to apply!

Certifications & Licensure

  • NMTCB or ARRT (N), or registry‑eligible (must obtain certification within 2 months of eligibility)
  • State licensure may be required based on location
  • BLS certification within 30 days of hire
