Find your calling at Mercy! The Manager – Financial Operations Performance will lead the Mercy-wide standard use of financial analytic and benchmarking tools to measure and benchmark the financial performance of all Mercy healthcare operations. Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Three or more years proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and driving financial performance improvements.
- Five or more years' experience in operations financial analysis in a multiple-facility health care environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Information Technology or master's degree in business or healthcare administration
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficient knowledge of finance and payroll ERP systems and associated data structures.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and effectively allocate resources between multiple projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with and lead diverse groups.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
Physical Requirements:
- Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
