Make a real difference in women's health! As a Medical Assistant in our OB/GYN practice, you'll be a vital part of the care team—supporting one of our busy OB/GYNs, assisting with rooming patients, injections, POC testing and procedures, and ensuring every patient feels comfortable and cared for. You'll handle clinical tasks, maintain accurate documentation, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

This role combines hands-on patient care with administrative support, all within a compassionate, fast-paced environment. If you're detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about women's health, we'd love to have you on our team! Position Details:

We are seeking a friendly and dependable Medical Assistant to join our busy and upbeat OB/GYN clinic. This role is essential to our patient experience and includes:

  • Vitals

  • Medication Reconciliation

  • Patient Medical History Documentation

  • Specimen Collection and preparation

  • Procedure set-up

  • Advanced Standard Rooming including:  mammography ordering

  • Injection administration

*While prior experience is a plus, it is not required - seeking someone who is eager to learn and grow with the practice

Minimum Qualifications

Education:  

•  High school diploma or equivalent. 

•  New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.

Certification(s): BLS (Basic Life Support)

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Experience: One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•  Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation. 

•  Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment. 

•  Approach each day with a positive attitude

•  Knowledge of common outpatient procedures and equipment. 

•  Commitment to patient-centered care and professional growth. 

•  Demonstrates knowledge of varying differences and behaviors among populations served.
