Description
Find your calling at Mercy! Assumes total managerial responsibility for staff within home health therapy services. Provides effective rehabilitation environment that is consistent with established Rehabilitation and Home Health policy and procedures. Reports to Home Health Director or Executive Director. Responsible for assuring quality and appropriateness of services provided. Assist in the coordination of the Quality Improvement Program as it relates to Rehabilitation in the home environment. Oversees and works to enhance OASIS outcomes related to ADLs and Mobility. Assist in budget preparation. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
MINIMUM REQUIRED
Education: Bachelor's degree physical therapy, occupational therapy or speech therapy.
Licensure: License eligible in the state of practice for Physical therapy, Occupational therapy or Speech Therapy.
Experience: Five years Home Health experience required.
Certification/Registration: CPR
