- Responsible for the development and ongoing management of two departments including: Corporate Health and the Mobile Bus.
- Develops, interprets, implements, and enforces policies and procedures and determines organizational structure.
- Prepares annual budget-operating and capital-and is responsible for the financial operation of the identified areas.
- Performs Quarterly individual meetings to discuss goals, accomplishments, and areas for improvemen.
- . Ability to perform or complete training in a variety of Health Screening procedure
Education: Bachelors of Science degree in Health/Wellness related field.
Licensure: Missouri licensure as appropriate.
Experience: 3-5 years experience in Healthcare. Previous experience researching, designing, and delivering Health Promotion presentations to groups. 2 years of leading or supervising co-workers.
Certifcation/Registration: AHA Basic Life Support certification. Complete phlebotomy certification within 4 weeks.
