Serves the Mercy Health System by conducting end-user training for EHR applications and supporting EHR education initiatives across the Ministry.
Ensures Mercy values are reflected in all aspects of the department's operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details: Qualifications Minimum Required Education- High School Diploma or GED. Location Ability to work from home within the Mercy Ministry (Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma) Experience - Work experience in an adult training environment or other EHR experience. Certification Epic Certified status within three months of employment and achievement of Mercys Presentation Skills. Other skills & knowledge Ability to travel to support implementation training. Good project management skills. Analytical skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours to complete business needs. Qualifications Preferred Education Bachelors Degree Experience 2 years work experience in an adult training environment and /or in a healthcare setting.
