About the Role:

Education Coordinators are vital in ensuring that caregivers receive the necessary training and education to perform their jobs effectively and to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll Do:

  • Create and update curriculum materials, presentations, and training manuals to ensure content remains relevant and up to date with best practices.
  • Ensure all training programs meet regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Deliver training sessions to ensure staff members receive necessary education. 
  • Partner with department leads to identify areas where staff members require additional training or professional development and develop plan to address the needs. 
  • Monitor performance of trainees and provide feedback and support to ensure success. 
  • Develop and administer orientation. 
  • Provide general administrative support including schedules. Distribute and collect monthly safety paperwork and ensure completion.

Qualification(s):

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualification(s):

  • Minimum ONE year experience in sterile processing, highly preferred.

  • Certified Registered Central Service (CRCST), highly preferred.
