Social Work Care Manager:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Social Work required, Masters preferred
Experience: 1-3 years' experience in acute care hospital setting | 1-3 years' Case Management experience
Licensure: Must have a current Kansas license in Social Work or plan to obtain
Certifications: BLS (CPR) at hire date, required, or within 90 days of hire - Certification in Case Management, Preferred
RN Care Manager:
Required Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Experience: 2-3 years acute care hospital setting, preferred. Care Management or Utilization Management experience preferred
Licensure: Current License in the state of employment
Certifications: BLS (CPR) at hire date, required, or within 90 days of hir Certification in Case Management, Preferred
