Description

This is a remote hybrid role. Primarily telecommute, candidates will need to live within reasonable commuting distance of Mercy Arkansas locations to attend recruiting events.

 

This is your chance to contribute to a ministry in a meaningful way, while launching your recruiting career! You'll collaborate with our recruiters, hiring managers and TA leadership to understand our ministry needs and our open positions. From there, you'll build relationships with passive candidates through various resources, educate them on the opportunity, and champion them through the interview process. 

 

Job Description Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media, professional networks, networking events, etc.
  • Craft and send targeted emails to passive and active candidates
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Drive diversity focused research and coordinate efforts to find diverse talent
  • Develop and use metrics, continuously measuring results to best improve processes and maximize results
  • Promote our employment brand online and in public/social gatherings
  • Maintain and update as needed candidate databases
  • Assist with the prescreening and delivery of active and interested candidates
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to execute sourcing strategies that align to Mercy's needs
  • Strategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidates
  • Cultivate the candidate experience. You will collaborate with the recruiting team & hiring managers to ensure that your candidates have a positive interaction throughout the entire process regardless of whether they are hired or not

Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sourcing/social media experience
  • Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
  • Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Strong organization, prioritization, project management, problem solving, research, writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications, and strong technical aptitude
  • An eagerness to learn, personable demeanor and demonstrated ability to interact in a team-oriented environment
  • Results oriented and data-driven approach
  • Strong focus on quality and integrity
  • Resourcefulness and creativity
