What Our Physicians Say

“I chose Mercy Ada for many reasons. I worked here as a switchboard operator and pharmacy tech while in college. Mercy has always been great to me, and they seem to truly care about their caregivers. The ER team is amazing. Nurses and techs go above and beyond and make my job a lot easier. Consultants are always willing to listen and take their patient care seriously. Practicing emergency medicine in my hometown gives me the opportunity to make an immediate impact for my community when they need it most.”
-Dr. Landon Sloan, 1 year with Mercy Ada

“One of the biggest reasons I love working in Ada is the staff. We have a great relationship amongst the providers and other staff, the providers care about each other and help each other out on shift. Nursing staff are amazing, they work hard, are incredibly competent and we work as a great team. Great team, great environment to work.”
-Dr. Nate Harris, 3 years with Mercy Ada

“I was drawn to their faith-based mission that I experienced when first moonlighting with Mercy and found evident throughout the ministry. I appreciate Mercy's bias for action and commitment to maintaining right relationships. Specific to Ada, I like the size of the hospital, which provides a good balance of autonomy in my practice, but also adequate resources and specialists to feel supported. We have a great multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses that work well together. Also, Mercy has continued to invest in my personal and professional development which has opened doors and provided ongoing career growth.”

-Dr. Benjamin Lynch, ER Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer, 10 years with Mercy Ada
