Reporting to the Director, the Clinical Nutrition Manager coordinates the daily operation of all clinical nutrition activities and oversees the operational side of patient services for the Food and Nutrition Services Department. Serves as a liaison with other departments on patient care issues. Ensures that State, Federal, JCAHO and all other standards of performance are met. Demonstrates flexibility in dealing with internal and external customers and staff.
- Registered with American Dietetic Association required
- Licensed in the State of Florida
- Bachelors of Science in food and nutrition or equally related degree with related experience
- Certification in Professional Food Service Management required
- 2 to 5 years management experience in food and nutrition services or other related field
