General Summary of Position
The Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Finance plays a strategic and operational leadership role within the finance division, supporting the fiscal integrity and long-term financial sustainability of the organization. This position oversees financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance while partnering with executive leadership and centers of excellence to drive performance and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. required
Experience
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a complex integrated healthcare system, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a medical group. required
- Demonstrated success in financial planning, analysis, and strategy execution required
Licenses and Certifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Upon Hire preferred or
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Upon Hire preferred
