Description
Performs diversified administrative duties related to department Management team and/or physicians.
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required or
- equivalent required and
- business courses required and
- Associate's degree preferred or
- administrative/secretarial training preferred and
- CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO AN APPROPRIATE COMBINATION OF EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. required
- 1-2 years 2 years clerical/office experience preferably in a healthcare setting supporting a leader/administrative function required
- Transcription and typing skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications in a Windows environment.
- High level of professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills, and good telephone etiquette.
