General Summary of Position
Provides Speech Language Pathology services to communicatively and swallowing impaired patients under the supervision of a licensed and certified SLP. Participates in educational activities and special projects. Assists in achieving Service goals. Assists in the maintenance of the professional image of the Service inside and outside of the hospital.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Graduate level practice in the area of neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders required
- Current BLS Certification required
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Must be developing competence in the diagnosis and management of neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders.
- Foster's positive work environment and team building.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft office products and demonstrate basic computer skills.

USD $74,214.00 - USD $134,596.00 /Yr.
