- Support system-wide initiatives such as service line growth planning, ambulatory network planning, facility planning, and long-term strategic planning.
- Leverage internal and external data platforms (e.g., Sg2, Buxton, state data); serve as a subject-matter expert or “super-user” for designated tools.
- Prepare and present executive-ready materials in PowerPoint, Excel, and written formats.
- Mentor and support analysts; contribute to standard processes and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred.
- 3–5 years of healthcare-related quantitative analytic experience in strategic planning, finance, or service line operations.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, lookups, macros) and strong PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, mapping, or business intelligence tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
- Self-starter with strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail.
