Sr AI Program Manager
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the planning, evaluation, execution, and go-to-market efforts of enterprise AI initiatives. This role acts as a connector across Information Technology, Enterprise Data & Analytics and business stakeholders. The Program Manager ensures objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Leads AI initiatives end-to-end, from intake and evaluation through sign-offs from legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders. Establishes and manages intake, prioritization, and delivery frameworks to ensure initiatives align with enterprise strategy and deliver measurable value.
- Prioritizes AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment. Ensures organizational readiness by aligning stakeholders and managing change. Establishes documented best practices with clear processes, communications and enablement strategies that accelerate adoption and minimize resistance.
- Acts as a liaison across internal teams including business stakeholders, IT, legal, and external partners to foster alignment, drive shared accountability, and enable seamless collaboration and delivery to achieve objectives. Communicate AI's role and benefits across business stakeholders.
- Develops and tracks KPIs, measures financial and operational impact, and refines approaches to scale best practices across the portfolio. Reports on realized business value, trends, and other insights regularly to internal stakeholders.
- Stays current on emerging AI trends and incorporates lessons learned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in technical or AI program/project management, with proven ability to manage stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate effectively with leadership and external vendors.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies. Demonstrated understanding of generative AI technologies, their capabilities, limitations, and implications.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data trends and patterns, translating them into meaningful solutions in a business environment.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation communication skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels in the organization including senior management.
- Ability to work with limited guidance and collaboratively with various areas of the organization.
